1. To buy our products
Visit the link of the products you are interested in purchasing. Fill the order product(s) form for one or more products and submit it. Make payment online via Bank Transfer.

2. Processing your order
Once the payment is confirmed, we take care of it right away so you can get your jewelry ASAP! All our orders are processed within one to two working days, and then shipped to you immediately, according to your preferred method of shipping.

3. Shipping your order
You'll receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.
In the event that your order can't be shipped, we'll contact you within 2 business days to let you know why your shipment has been held up.

4. Tracking your order
Of course, you'll want to know when your product is going to arrive on your doorstep so you can plan your weekend outfit accordingly. That's why we send out an email notification the day your order is shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. Order Cancellation and Changing Orders are not allowed after the payment is done by the customer.
